Escape Tour Texel

This game is in: English

In 1669, the beautiful island of Texel was an important port of departure and landing for the VOC. If the weather did not allow taking to sea, the sailors camped on the island, with, of course, many parties. Michiel de Ruyter also enjoyed partying on Texel, which is evident from the story of this special Escape Tour.

Michiel's favourite place for a party was the inn where Neeltje Bakker worked behind the bar. After an exuberant night of partying, Neeltje, despite being married to Cornelis, became pregnant by Michiel de Ruyter. The love between Neeltje and Cornelis was unbreakable, and they were therefore both furious with Michiel. They decided not to kill Michiel but to steal his most personal belongings! Michiel discovered the theft and launched a manhunt for the couple.
